Omnistra lets businesses connect Meta channels (Facebook Page / Messenger and WhatsApp Business) to AI agents. This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with your Facebook or Meta identity from Omnistra.
How to request deletion
Option 1 — Remove the app from Meta
Go to your Facebook Settings > Business Integrations (or your WhatsApp Business account settings), find "Omnistra", and remove it. Meta notifies Omnistra automatically and we delete the Meta-linked data tied to that identity, including stored channel credentials used for messaging. You will be shown a confirmation page with a reference code.
Option 2 — Email us
Send a request to privacy@omnistra.io with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the name and the Facebook/Instagram handle or WhatsApp number associated with the data, and the name of the business (Client) whose service you interacted with, if known.
What we delete
Meta-sourced identifiers (Page-Scoped ID, WhatsApp number), message content and metadata, and stored channel credentials linked to that identity. On request, we also delete other personal data we hold about you, such as call recordings, transcripts, and order records, and your records in the COD Buyer Reliability Score, except where retention is required by law.
Timeline
We confirm receipt within 7 days. We delete the data from our active systems within 30 days, and from encrypted backups within 90 days as those backups expire on their routine cycle, except where retention is required by law. Data awaiting backup expiry is not restored to active systems except for disaster recovery, and remains protected as described in our Privacy Policy at https://omnistra.io/privacy-policy.
Note on End Users
If you interact with an AI agent operated by one of our business customers, that business is the data controller. We will forward your request to them and act on it as their processor.
